Securing Your Account

If you've received an email telling you that your account has been suspended, there are several steps that you will need to take to secure your account and regain access to it. 
 

If you want to make sure your information is secure, follow these instructions. 

1. Reset your email account password. Make sure the password for your email and Perkville account are different. Choose a strong, unique password. 


2. Scan your computer for malware, keyloggers, and viruses. Make sure your anti-virus protection has the latest databases. 

3. Keep your operating system up to date on all devices that you use to access Perkville.
 Your computer and phone are less secure if you're missing critical security updates.

4. Update Adobe Flash to patch vulnerabilities that can allow the installation of malware on your computer. Older versions can compromise your computer. 

Once all steps are complete, contact Perkville support at support@perkville.com. 


Once your access to Perkville is restored, you will be required to reset your password. Please choose a strong password that you have never used before.‚Äč
