Branding Emails

Looking to add some color to your rewards program emails? Well here's how!

While logged in as an Admin, click My Business > Settings > Branding

Upload your logo on the left, or feel free to leave the one you already have! Now, you have a few options for choosing a color for your emails. When you update the color using any of the below methods, the preview on the right will update immediately.


Option 1 - Match Logo

This is the easiest option, as our color picker will take the most prominent color value within your logo, and apply that to the emails.


Option 2 - Choose a color from the color picker

Want to tweak it a bit instead? Click on the colored square to the far right. You may move the horizontal bar up and down to select a color, then move the small dot around to pick a hue.


Option 3 - Enter a hex value

Already know the color value for your brand? Replace the current hex value in the field with you own!


Bonus Step! Customize the Welcome Text

To customize the welcome text on the Invite email, simply navigate to My Business > Settings > Advanced. Then, enter in your intro to the program, and you're set!

And that's all there is to it! Emails sent out from that point forward will show the colors you've chosen! Here's a list of the emails that will be affected by the color change:
  • Invite
  • Point Update
  • Weekly Point Update
  • Referral Offer
