What emails will my clients receive?

Are you curious what emails are sent to your clients and what they look like? Well here's a snapshot of all of them! Keep in mind, if they're looking to opt out of emails, we have an opt out link at the bottom of every email we send for easy access.

Invitation Email

This email is sent upon clients getting their first points with your business. If you're unsure of how customers get invited, then you may want to check out an article on the invitation process.



Point Update Email

After clients join, they'll be able to receive updates on their points, like this real time point update email.


Weekly Point Update Email

In addition to the above, clients can opt in to receive weekly point updates.


Referral Offer

Your clients can refer their friends through Perkville, and this is the email their friends will receive.
