Points by Location Report

For businesses to gauge the activity level with each of their locations, they can use our Points by Location report. To access the report, you may click My Business → Reports → Points by Location



You may then click Run Report to generate a report for points earned/redeemed all-time or select a date range for this activity.



Here's an explanation of the various columns displayed:
  • Location Name
  • POS Location ID
    • The Point of Sale ID for the location in question (i.e. if your ABC Club Number, MindBody ID, ASF Club Number, etc)
  • New Customers
    • These are defined as any email address that has earned points with your business that was not previously associated with your rewards program. For instance, Joe Smith becomes a member, and associates his email example@example.com with his membership. When he gets points for the first time with you, we'll count his email as a New Customer
  • Total Points Earned
    • All points earned for that location in a given time period
  • Total Points Redeemed
    • All points redeemed for that location in a given time period
  • Earn Transactions
    • All transactions that earned points for that location in a given time period, excluding Registration Bonus
  • Redeem Transactions
    • All transactions that involved points being redeemed/removed for that location from a customer account for that location in a given time period
