I did not get points on my birthday

If you did not receive a birthday bonus and this is something that the business awards points for, most likely, you do not have your birthday updated on your Perkville profile.  Here are instructions on how to add your birthday to Perkville so that you will receive the bonus. 

1) Log into www.perkville.com using the email address that you have on file at the business.

2) Navigate to "Settings" at the top of the page.

3) Scroll down and select your birth month, day and enter your 4-digit birth year.  Click "Save".

If your birthday already passed before you updated your birth date in your Perkville settings, contact us at support@perkville.com and we can help you out!
