My customer is pending or not getting emails?

In the event that a customer is listed as Pending in your customer list, this simply means that they have been invited to join your rewards program, but have not accepted the connection with you. 

Only the customer may change their status from "Pending" to "Active" which is done through You may direct your customer to and ask them to click the "Sign In" button.


Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Join". The customer will need to enter the same email address as they have with your business. 


They will then receive an email asking them to confirm their account and create a password. Once in their new account, they can click the "Join Program" option on their homepage, and they're set!

If they're having trouble receiving emails from us, such as the "Join" email, you may either ask them to contact or you can reach out to us with the customer's email, and we can investigate further.
