Launching Your Rewards Program

This guide will help you launch your rewards program so that you and your customers can get the most out of Perkville. Here are the steps that we suggest you take when you'd like to launch the program.

Step 1: Setup your Business Profile

It's important to make sure that you have all of the information that you'd like to display to your customers, including links to your social media pages.

Step 2: Customize your Rewards Program


Navigate to your Rewards Program page by clicking My Business  Rewards Program. There, you may add various ways in which customers can earn points, as well as various rewards that they may redeem. For ideas on what to offer, feel free to view the "Promote your rewards program" section below, which has a link 

Step 3: Link your Rewards Program to your point of sale


Integrations managed through - 

General instructions for managing the following connections are located on your Dashboard, in the Integration section of Getting Started.

MindBody: Can offer points for Dollars Spent, Classes, Appointments, Workshops, Gym Check-ins, and Online Booking
LightSpeed Cloud, Vend, and Erply: Can offer points for Dollars Spent

ABC Financial: Can offer points for Dollars Spent and Gym Check-ins

ASF: Can offer points for Gym Check-ins and Personal Training

Jonas Fitness: Can offer points for Dollars Spent, Personal Training, Classes, and Gym Check-ins

MotionSoft: Can offer points for Gym Check-ins

Integrations managed through the point of sale -

ClubReady: Can offer points for Dollars Spent, Personal Training, Classes, and Gym Check-ins

EZFacility: Can offer points for Sessions Attended, Dollars Spent, and Gym Check-ins

VisualTouch: Can offer points for Dollars Spent

Step 4: Promote your Rewards Program


It's great to use social media, newsletters, and flyers before you launch your program, so customers can be aware you'll be using Perkville.

Step 5: Invite Customers


Once your rewards are edited, and your customers are aware that you'll be using Perkville, then you can jump start participation by inviting your customers to join the rewards program. You can also reward your customers for joining your program which provides an additional incentive for them to participate.

Step 6: Go Live


For Integrations done through, you'll have to click 'Launch Rewards' on your dashboard in order for us to start pulling the relevant information from your point of sale, so we that we may reward your customers. Please note that when you go live, we will automatically invite anyone who earns points with your business, so make sure you're ready to launch!
